This professional couple loved the location of their house but the property's small bedroom sizes meant their family of 5 were outgrowing the space. huisdesign ltd's solution was to build up, adding a storey onto the pre-existing side extension to maximize space while preserving the garden. We also designed a frameless glass link between the house and the utility room, which added a contemporary touch while making the most of the site's natural light. Finally, we created an upstairs oasis by designing a new master bedroom suite including dressing room & en-suite bathroom - perfect for a little quiet time.
